Mr. Holland concentrates his practice in estate planning, estate and trust administration, taxation, corporate transactional work, business planning, asset protection, residential and commercial real estate transactions and antenuptial agreements.
Mr. Fuller regularly represents clients in a wide variety of commercial, industrial and residential development, and governmental approvals, as well as civil litigation in Cook, DuPage, Kane, Lake, McHenry and Boone Counties and U.S. District Courts.
Mr. McElroy concentrates his practice in estate, trust and civil litigation; business planning and representation involving the formation and operations of corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies; estate and trust planning and administration; and, commercial business and real estate transactions.
Ms. McHugh concentrates her practice in estate planning, estate and trust administration, and estate and gift taxation. Ms. McHugh has been involved in estate planning for high net worth individuals and families, and the administration of complex estates
Mr. Russis' practice concentrates on the representation of closely held businesses and wealthy individuals, mainly in the areas of estate planning, business structuring, sales, mergers, and acquisitions, trust and estate litigation, income tax compliance and planning, asset protection, estate and trust administration, probate law, disputes with the Internal Revenue Service, matters heard before the United States Tax Court, real estate and litigation involving commercial matters.
Mr. Gerlach has routinely advised clients on general corporate, commercial, alliances and frameworks, joint ventures, joint initiatives, private equity, M&A, resale, procurement, distribution, complex contracting, contracts management, licensing and technology, compliance and ethics, anti-trust, employment law, executive compensation and severance, and international matters.
Mr. Gnesin concentrates his practice in corporate law, litigation, employment law, and business representation, and also maintains a solid understanding of real estate law and title issues related to residential and commercial purchase and sale transactions.
Ms. Hecht concentrates her practice in estate planning and estate and trust administration. She previously practiced matrimonial law so she also has extensive experience with drafting pre- and postnuptial agreements.
