Mr. Gnesin concentrates his practice in corporate law, litigation, employment law, and business representation, and also maintains a solid understanding of real estate law and title issues related to residential and commercial purchase and sale transactions. Mr. Gnesin counsels and advises domestic emerging growth companies and established businesses in various types of corporate, transactional, general business planning, general counsel, and compliance matters. Mr. Gnesin’s experience includes entity formation, drafting, and reviewing complex commercial agreements, providing advice on legal and business decisions to business owners, corporate governance, intellectual property protection, commercial litigation, and general business planning. Mr. Gnesin represents clients in various commercial transactions and litigation matters ranging in size from less than $1 million to over $100 million.
